1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment


  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched

  • If cancelled successfully, a full refund will be processed

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

  • However, you may request a return after delivery (as per return policy)

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return :

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene & safety reasons)
  • Products returned after the specified time
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refund will be credited to:
  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank account (for COD orders)
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to:
  • Customer not available
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
Refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges

6. How to Request Return / Refund

  • Reason for request
  • Supporting images (if damaged/wrong product)

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject return requests after verification
  • In case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, refunds may be declined
  • Offers, discounts, or free gifts must also be returned (if applicable)
